Don't underestimate the importance of your first service!

All new caravans require a first service after about 1,000kms or 3 months. This service checks all critical components of your caravan for safety, including suspension, brakes, bearings, wheels, coupling and chassis. In most cases, during the first service we pick up a number of issues that are essential to be fixed prior to any further use. Generally these are just due to the nature of mechanical components bedding in and are quickly rectified.

A thorough first service will stand you and your van in good stead for the next 12 months, but left unchecked could result in issues that would have been prevented. Your first service is so critical, missing it may void the warranty on your van.
